CLEANROOM

The clean room has four parts of room which consists of white room, yellow room, dressing room and maintenance room. There are vacuum deposition systems, electrical measurement systems and glove box in the white room. In the yellow room, you can use photolithography process, wet-etching process and synthesis of chemical materials.
